This is a recipe for a really simple and standard Green Smoothie. The measurements of ingredients can be altered to your personal taste.
1 green apple, chopped
1-3 pieces of kale
1 stalk of celery
juice of 1/2 lemon
Add 1-2 pieces of kale, celery, and half of the chopped apple to a blender.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon
Add 1/4 cup of water
Add the second half of the apple and any additional kale or ingredients to the blender. Add a splash of water. Blend. Enjoy!
