This is a recipe for a quick & easy breakfast smoothie that will keep you feeling satisfied all morning!
1 leaf of kale
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 green apple, chopped
5-6 strawberries, remove greens
1/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup of water
Add all materials to a blender or magic bullet, starting with the kale, followed by fruit, and lastly lemon juice & water. Blend on high for 1 minute. After mixing the ingredients I tasted the smoothie and felt like it needed more blueberries, so I added an additional small handful.
