Everybody loves a little Missoni in their lives, but not everyone can afford to incorporate the real thing into their decor and wardrobe – which is why I love finding awesome Missoni-inspired chevron pieces to fit into my home decor!
Chevron is probably the easiest way to turn your space from drab to fab on a budget, because the pattern itself is reproduced for almost every price-point! Which I think is great.
This pattern is perfect for a kids room, as an accent in a kitchen or living room, even in a bathroom!
Here are some of my favourite ways chevron has been integrated into a home, enjoy!

How to Home: Modern Decor Under $100

Haute Details: Lucite
Do you guys remember the feeling you had when you first saw the Louis ghost chair and your mind was blown by its simple fabulousness?
Well, if you don’t, I’d suggest googling the chair right now.
Lucite is such an incredible choice when wanting to modernize your space. Something as simple as a chair, or a coffee table, has the power to change the entire feel of a room.
I know I’m a sucker for just about anything lucite. So here are some
pictures to inspire you all to start loving lucite yourselves if you don’t already!! Enjoy.
Love it!

Haute Details: Velvet Decor
There is just something so feminine and elegant about velvet.
Whether it be a couch, or an ottoman – velvet has the ability to transform any space into something warm and luxurious.
When you’re working with velvet in your home, it’s good to use these pieces as a focal point; and really play off of these items when decorating your space. Velvet itself is a very intriguing fabric, so it’s nice not to over indulge on these items – allow for the pieces to be sporadic, rather than overwhelm your space.
Here are some of my favourite ways velvet decor is incorporated into a space.
I hope this gives you guys some ideas, or allows you to start loving velvet!
