Berry and Kale Recipe
This is a recipe for a quick & easy breakfast smoothie that will keep you feeling satisfied all morning!
Ingredients:
1 leaf of kale
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 green apple, chopped
5-6 strawberries, remove greens
1/4 cup blueberries
1/3 cup of water
Directions:
Add all materials to a blender or magic bullet, starting with the kale, followed by fruit, and lastly lemon juice & water. Blend on high for 1 minute. After mixing the ingredients I tasted the smoothie and felt like it needed more blueberries, so I added an additional small handful.

Green Kale Smoothie Recipe
This is a recipe for a really simple and standard Green Smoothie.
The measurements of ingredients can be altered to your personal taste.
Ingredients:
1 green apple, chopped
1-3 pieces of kale
1 stalk of celery
1/4 water
juice of 1/2 lemon
Add 1-2 pieces of kale, celery, and half of the chopped apple to a blender.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon
Add 1/4 cup of water
Blend.
Add the second half of the apple and any additional kale or ingredients to the blender. Add a splash of water. Blend. Enjoy!
