For those who love girly chic with a bit of edge,
studding is a great way to add some spunk to your space without going overboard.
Something as simple as studding around the edge of a sofa, or chair, can easily create an entirely different vibe in a room.
I, personally, prefer studding to something minimal, such as a love seat, or chair, but to each their own!
I think it all looks fab.
Studding is another timeless way you can add something different to your space,
and below are some of my favourite ways studding has been incorporated.
Where would you put your studded accesories?

For those that know me, know that I absolutely die for peonies. They are by far my favourite flower.
Which is why I so often have them in my home, they make me happy!
Now, besides peonies, flowers in general are a cheap (when you’re working with faux), and easy way to brighten up your space and create a little drama or fun. Whether you’re working with roses, hydrangeas, baby’s breath, or tulips, you can work these, or any type of flower into your home.
Faux flowers can be found at any craftstore, walmart, or dollar store, and they’re great on side tables, kitchen tables, bathrooms, desks, ect, ect.. The list goes on and on!
Here are some fun and inspirational ways you can work a arrangements into your home!
Hope you enjoyed!
Haute Details: Lucite
Do you guys remember the feeling you had when you first saw the Louis ghost chair and your mind was blown by its simple fabulousness?
Well, if you don’t, I’d suggest googling the chair right now.
Lucite is such an incredible choice when wanting to modernize your space. Something as simple as a chair, or a coffee table, has the power to change the entire feel of a room.
I know I’m a sucker for just about anything lucite. So here are some
pictures to inspire you all to start loving lucite yourselves if you don’t already!! Enjoy.
I. Love. Anything. Tufted. Plain and simple.
There’s something so unbelievably chic and incredible about tufted furniture
The great thing about it is that you can incorporate these pieces into a man or women’s home; so you really can’t go wrong when buying something tufted. Whether it be a headboard, or a sofa. Tufting works everywhere, in every space, no matter what the decor.
Here are some incredible tufted pieces which I hope inspire you all to add a little, (or a lot), of tufting to your home!
Haute Details: Chevron
Everybody loves a little Missoni in their lives, but not everyone can afford to incorporate the real thing into their decor and wardrobe – which is why I love finding awesome Missoni-inspired chevron pieces to fit into my home decor!
Chevron is probably the easiest way to turn your space from drab to fab on a budget, because the pattern itself is reproduced for almost every price-point! Which I think is great.
This pattern is perfect for a kids room, as an accent in a kitchen or living room, even in a bathroom!
Here are some of my favourite ways chevron has been integrated into a home, enjoy!
Haute Details: Velvet
There is just something so feminine and elegant about velvet.
Whether it be a couch, or an ottoman – velvet has the ability to transform any space into something warm and luxurious.
When you’re working with velvet in your home, it’s good to use these pieces as a focal point; and really play off of these items when decorating your space. Velvet itself is a very intriguing fabric, so it’s nice not to over indulge on these items – allow for the pieces to be sporadic, rather than overwhelm your space.
Here are some of my favourite ways velvet decor is incorporated into a space.
I hope this gives you guys some ideas, or allows you to start loving velvet!
